Shipping policy

All packages are shipped via USPS. We currently only ship in the US. A signature is not required upon delivery. Your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories.

Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Standard Shipping to the continental US (3-4 business days once your order has been processed): $6.99

Economy Shipping to the continental US (5-8 business days once your order has been processed): $8.99

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. 

ORDER TRACKING AND UPDATES

You can track the status of your order at any time by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. In the event of any delays or issues with your shipment, our customer service team will promptly notify you and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

LOST PACKAGE?
If you believe your order is lost in transit please email us at support@setapartclothing.co. Be sure to include your full name, order number and email address used to place the order.
