Refund policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, please take a picture of the item upon reception and email the pictures to support@setapartclothing.co. Once your email has been received, our support team will reach out to you within 5 business days. If support deems your claim to be valid, you will receive an email with further steps regarding your return. Please note, we do not offer refunds so your defective, damaged or wrong item will be replaced. Please remember it can take some time to process returns, if more than 15 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@setapartclothing.co.

Lost Packages
If you have not received your order within two weeks of your expected delivery, email us at support@setapartclothing.co. Be sure to include your full name, order number, email address and mailing address used to complete the order. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive a response, not to include weekends and holidays.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION. We do not accept damaged, worn, or washed items. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
